A EC-201 robot palletizer system installed at a major chemicals manufacturer in the North East of England. This solution has a complex pallet conveyor system including tray dispenser and erector, pallet pushers, shuttle car all working together to output to a stretch hooder from two stacking lines.
Installed in Derbyshire, UK, this M1200 High Speed Bagging Machine fills and seals up to 18 bags a minute from a Morray supplied bulk hopper and elevator system before passing the bags to a compact and reliable palletizing system with an EC-171 at its heart.

This collation system installed at a major British potato supplier consists of a M602 collator operating with a WASP sackplacer, STC8600 sack control system and a NP7a fixed head stitcher.
Working at the Royal Show this M550 is operating with a M850 stitcher automator, a V-track conveyor and a DS9 heavy duty stitcher.

This palletizer system installed at Online Rock Salt's Lancashire plant consists of a bulk hopper, M320/18 bagging machine, M958 WASP Sack Placer, STC8600 Sack Top Control System, SH1000 Heat Sealer and an EC-101 Palletizer. Similar systems would be ideal for bagging sand, aggregates and topsoil as well as rock salt.
